Nancy Scarzello, well know teacher and herbalist, presents a program on how Native Americans and early settlers utilized native plants as medicinal preparations and how this has led to a contemporary herbal culture that continues to thrive today.  This presentation will be followed with an exhibit opening on April 15th and runs through the end of the year.  Later in the season a small demonstration herbal bed will be planted on the Hancock House lawn.
